Unlimited Wellness Membership in Lake Forest
One membership. $499 a month. 30 wellness service sessions, drawn from a fixed list of five, at our studio in Lake Forest.

One membership. Everything in it.
The Unlimited Wellness Membership is the only membership we offer, and this is all of it: one flat rate, thirty sessions a month, drawn from a fixed list of five services. You choose how to spread them across the month.
$499 per month for 30 wellness sessions: any mix of the five services below, on your own schedule.
- PEMF Mat
- Exercise with Oxygen on the Bike
- Theralight 360 Red Light Bed
- BioCharger Session
- Sunlighten Infrared Sauna
These are wellness services, not medical treatment, so none of the five treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses a condition. If pain or an injury brought you here, start with an evaluation instead, a separate booking with a licensed physical therapist. Illinois is a direct access state, so most people can start without a physician referral.
Who the membership suits.
A membership is a bet on your own consistency, so the useful question is not whether you want it. It is whether your week has room for it. Three kinds of people tend to get their money's worth.
People who can genuinely be here often
Our own description of this membership has always been that it suits clients who are able to be at the studio consistently, and that is the honest version. If we are on your commute, or you are already in the building for Pilates or physical therapy several days a week, the sessions stack up without you rearranging anything.
People already booking more than one of the five
You have used the sauna, or the red light bed, or the bike, and you keep paying for them one visit at a time. At that point the arithmetic tends to make the decision for you. Ask the front desk to compare what you actually spent last month against $499 and see which way it lands.
People who want this to be a habit
Some clients are not buying a service so much as a place to go. A membership makes showing up the default instead of something you weigh up each week, and the front desk learns your rhythm quickly enough that booking stops being a chore.
How to start in Lake Forest.
Nobody should buy a membership from a web page. Come and look at the rooms first, ask the awkward questions, and decide with the answers in front of you.
Come and see the space
Call (847) 295-1241 or send the form on this page and say you are considering the membership. We will walk you through the wellness rooms, show you the sauna, the bike and the red light bed, and let you see how busy we are at the time of day you would actually come. That last part matters more than anything we could write here.
Ask the front desk about terms and billing
Billing, start dates and cancellation are handled at the front desk, and the desk is the only accurate source for what the current terms are. Ask them directly before you commit, and ask them to put the answer in writing if that is easier for you to work from. We would rather you get a straight answer in person than an assumption off a page.
Then put visits on the calendar
Book your first stretch of sessions before you leave the building rather than planning to sort it out later. The membership pays off on rhythm, so the number of visits you get on the calendar in your first week is the best early sign of whether this is going to work for you. If the rhythm never happens, tell us, and we will talk about whether paying per session suits you better.
Membership billing, start dates and cancellation terms are set at the front desk and can change, so ask them for the current terms before you sign up rather than relying on this page. Call (847) 295-1241 or ask on your next visit and they will walk you through exactly how it works.
Love Wellness Solutions. My husband and I have been very fortunate to find them, helping us with varied injures!
Where to go next.

Manual Therapy
The clinical side of the studio, and not part of the membership. Hands-on work from a licensed physical therapist on whatever is actually limiting you.

Sports Rehab
For members who train hard and want the injury side handled properly: progressive loading with a re-test built into the plan.

Back Pain & Sciatica
If a back is the reason you are on this page, read this one before you buy a membership. Start with an evaluation instead.
