Our services are intended for patients and clients seeking physical therapy, Pilates, massage and wellness care. Any unauthorized use of this website or of our services is prohibited.

3. Appointment Policies

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or your visit rescheduled so the patients after you are not delayed.

4. Payment and Insurance

We accept a range of insurance plans and we offer self-pay options. You are responsible for copayments, deductibles, and any service your plan does not cover. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Memberships

Wellness memberships are billed monthly. Membership sessions are drawn from the wellness services listed on the membership page and do not replace physical therapy visits. Ask the front desk for current billing, renewal and cancellation terms before you enroll.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and video, is owned by Wellness Solutions Physical Therapy. Reproducing or distributing it without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages resulting from use of this website. We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Recovery varies from person to person and depends on factors outside any clinic's control.
