Core Values:
What I do at Wellness Solutions Physical Therapy?
Dr. Dan works with many patients who struggle with fear, uncertainty, and a lack of confidence around pain and movement. He focuses on changing how patients understand pain by educating them and helping them see that their bodies are capable and resilient. By building confidence and encouraging patients to recognize their own strength, he aims to empower them to move more freely, trust their bodies, and acknowledge what they are able to do.
Dr. Dan is interested in continuing to expand his clinical skill set by learning more about different manual techniques, various nerve stretches, TMJ mobilizations, and dry needling. He particularly enjoys treating conditions involving the shoulders, ankles, and hips. He also has a strong interest in treating TMJ, appreciating that it is a small joint that often does not receive enough attention.
Although he is just starting, Dr. Dan was drawn to working in this practice because of the private practice setting and the welcoming, home-like environment. He values the way patients are able to feel more comfortable and supported and appreciates being part of a close-knit team. He is excited to contribute to a growing practice and to be part of that growth.
