Assisted Stretching

Assisted Stretching helps relieve stiff and sore spots for those with injury and those just trying to improve their overall wellness. Many people find instant relief. Other benefits include enhanced athletic performance, increased range of motion, more energy, feeling youthful and much more.

Assisted Stretching differs from conventional stretching in the following ways:

  • Assisted Stretching are held continuously for at least 90-120 seconds, which is how long it takes for the fascia to begin to let go.
  • Stretching motions are performed with the goal of active elongation (i.e., feeling like the part of your body you are stretching is lengthening).
  • Stretching and strengthening occur simultaneously.
